Everything was great. We were very happy to be here. Thanks for good food and service. The swimming Pool was also good. The room was comfortable and big space and good view as well. All the staff is friendly and helpfull. Special thanks to matthew and the Team for taking care of us.

This hotel is beautiful and the staff are friendly and helpful. Lots of great choice at breakfast and steak night was delicious. We enjoyed a suite with private pool and it was truly breathtaking. The little local market is lovely to visit for food and gifts, 10 Minwalk from hotel, and lovely restaurants nearby too. We visited Naga night market, 600 baht (approx £12) in taxi and it was big and exciting. Would recommend this hotel for lots of luxury relaxation

The swimming pool was amazing but the beach however was filled with jelly fish as our skin is very sensitive. The food was amazing and also the breakfast a lot of choice. The room was also great as we had pool access from our room. Especially Matthew was great as he helped us throughout the stay and was always there.

Great location, the suite we stayed in was comfortable. Staff here seems misinformed, lazy and are not welcoming to its guests. They don’t seem to be trained to serve in a 5 star resort. The food is pathetic. It’s not the type of food one would expect in a 5star hotel.
